A couple of good days in Hannover in the 2nd European College of Porcine Health Management. We were contributing in the session of Quality Assurance in Pig Production with an interesting final round table.
Quan Trong Hiep, chief of sales and marketing from company Asia Pacific Import & Export Joint Stock Co was visiting Spain, sharing experiences with PigCHAMP veterinarians.
Filipino Madelozo, Group Manager of Nucleus Herd, Librada Dizon, Farm Veterinarian and Noime Mercado, Farm Head AI Center all of them from the group Robina Farms were visiting Spain. Hope it was a fruitful visit.

Since last January, PigCHAMP Pro Europa has an agreement with the Colombian Association of Pig Farmers to provide consulting services and analysis related to the farms to the National Program for Improvement of Health Status. On the occasion of the agreement, Pigchamp Pro Europa will be present on next July at the conference Porciaméricas in Medellin (Colombia)
During the 2009-2010 academic year PigCHAMP collaborates with the College of Agricultural Engineers of the UPM, teaching seminars on the management and analysis of data from pig farms and practices PigCHAMP Care 3000 in the computer room of the Department of Animal Production of the College. Students work with real data from farms, since the introduction in the program to their analysis, so as to get closer to every day of the pig farms.

More and more the work hours are unusual. Reconcile the professional and personal can not be that difficult. Skype is a good alternative for communication with the farmer or veterinary colleagues (lookup at Skype users for "pigchamp")
