PigCHAMP Pro Europe is giving a training course in data analysis for veterinarians in the U of Ghent on January the 10th. This course is part of the training program 2013 of the 'Institution of Permanent Education (IPV)' in veterinary medicine.

PigCHAMP Pro Europe will be present at the next XXIII PANVET

PigCHAMP Pro Europe will be present at the next XXIII PANVET (Panamerican Congress of Veterinary Science) to be held in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) for the next 25 to 27 October contributing two conferences on emissions and energy consumption and control in swine production.

PigCHAMP participated in an international meeting organized by the Cámara de Comercio of Segovia with a Chinese delegation

On 14tn May of 2012, the Cámara received a Chinese delegation coming from the city ZhangJiakou, leaded by the major, Mr Hou Liang and represented by eleven members from different administrations and business centers interested in knowing companies and farms from the swine sector. From the Spanish part, different companies participated in the meeting: PigCHAMP, Copese, Huercasa, Proinserga, Acompor, Miguel Jessen and Eduardo Herrero.

PigCHAMP attended the 4th European Symposim of Porcine Health Management (ESPHM)

 April 25-27, PigCHAMP attended the 4th European Symposim of Porcine Health Management (ESPHM). This year it was held at Bruges and was attended by over 850 participants and 250 abstracts submitted, two of them presented by PigCHAMP:

 1.-Cutting Costs and Reducing CO2 Emissions with Energy saving techniques in lactation barns. With the aim of reducing costs, economic and energy, and improve productivity of the litters (growth and mortality), the use of nests for suckling piglets was successfully assessed.

Dr. Maqueda visit

During this week and integrated in the Spanish visits coordinated by KUBUS SA, the Mexican consultant Dr. Juan Jose Maqueda visited the offices of PigCHAMP Pro Europa SL and facilities of the Center for Experimentation and Training Pigs, SL in Segovia. The visit of Dr. Maqueda was of great interest because of his extensive experience, particularly in the area of training and HR management on farms, laying the groundwork for future collaborations of mutual interest. We moved our headquarters

Since last October 27, the headquarters of PigCHAMP Pro Europa, SL has changed. Now we are in the C / Santa Catalina number 10, in the district of San Lorenzo (in Segovia capital), in the same street as the livestock section of the Junta de Castilla y Leon.We hope and expect your visit!

PigCHAMP Pro Europa SL participates in the Swine Health and Production Master

For the sixth consecutive year PigCHAMP Pro Europa SL, participates in the Swine Health and Production Master, organized by the University of Lleida, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Universidad de Zaragoza and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During these years we have taught in the "Technical Management" Module 3: Optimization of pig production.
