The proximity of the date set by Regulation (EC) 2160/2003 on the control of salmonella and other zoonotic agents transmitted by food, to begin implementation of Salmonella control programs in pigs, and the fact that many European countries have already established control plans or are in the process of doing, clearly indicates the need that you have to plan action in this respect.
To answer these needs for animal health and food safety that soon will require the various companies making up the pig production sector, PigCHAMP Pro Europa has launched a new line of food safety in the specific area control of swine salmonellosis. We have recognized experience in scientific and technological Salmonella control over the entire pork production chain: production of feed, livestock farms, slaughterhouses and cutting plants.
From the Food Safety Area services we provide experimental tests, R & D projects and expert advice on the control of swine salmonellosis.
