Last December, Rudolph Buehler, Fritz Wolf and Cristoph Zimmer from BESH german cooperative (Bauerliche Erzeugergemeinshaft Schwäbisch Hall) were visiting farms, rearing systems and cured  products facilities in the Sierra de Aracena, everything within the activities of the european project Q-Porkchains.

Deadline for papers is almost there. We will be contributing to IPVS (Vancouver) and ASAS (Denver) at least and likely to EAAP (Heraklion). Fruitful scientific year is going to be shown nearly.
